Training for English Teachers on Writing Scientific Articles and Using Mendeley as a Collaboration and Reference Tool

Writing scientific articles is a skill that must be owned by teacher and the usage of Mendeley technology in writing supporting facility obtaining qualified papers. Therefore, execution training activities needs to carried out with purpose enhancing motivation, knowledge, abilities high school English instructors city Palembang. The activity model mentoring lecture approach, discussion, peer tutor feedback assignments. Evaluation administering tests questionnaires as well monitoring documenting produced teacher. findings evaluation demonstrated enthusiasm, skills participants increased. However, teachers still have issues using citation collaborative tool.
